Andrej Flis has knowledge expertise in all types of weather forecasting, more specialized in long-range forecasting (seasonal weather), weather trends, global interactions of the ocean and the atmosphere, and climate change. He is also specializing in the Stratospheric Polar Vortex dynamics and forecasts, and its influence on the weather patterns over the Northern Hemisphere. His expertise also includes volcanoes and earthquakes and Andrej has interest in anything related to understanding science and nature, and making it simple to understand for the broader community.
