An upper low is located over central Europe and N Mediterranean while one deep low is over the N Atlantic and another one over W Russia. In between, high geopotentials are present, strong ridge persists over the Arctic region.
SLGT risk has been issued for NNE Adriatic sea region with threat for isolated threat of severe storms, capable of producing excessive / torrential rainfall and some tornado threat. Upper low moves across the region and slow-moving storms are likely to develop, could spawn a waterspout or two.
SLGT risk has been issued for Belarus into west-central Ukraine, NE Romania and N Moldova with threat for diurnal driven severe storms capable of producing strong winds, torrential rainfall and marginal hail with accumulation under weak shear but strong CAPE over the region.
SLGT risk has been issued for NW Turkey with threat for severe storms, capable of producing severe winds, marginally large hail and heavy rainfall.
SLGT risk has been issued for N Atlantic into SW Iceland with threat for non-convective severe winds in excess of 100 km/h.
MRGL risk has been issued for N Morocco with threat for isolated severe storms, capable of producing severe winds and large hail.
TSTM risk areas have been placed where convective storms are likely to occur but should remain sub-severe.
