Locally intense orographic rainfall is expected over the central Apennines today, with 24 hour totals locally up to 150-250 mm and 50-150 mm over a larger area of Marche, Umbria and Abruzzo. Expect locally intense flash flooding, this is a potentially dangerous situation which may result in loss of property and may be life threatening, stay alert.
