Lots of rainfall for Ireland over the weekend
While the successive deep lows bring some snow to Scotland and parts of Wales and England, Ireland will receive lots of rain.
Various models agree on persistent rainfall for particularly the coastal area of southern and western Ireland, with locally over 100 mm by midday Sunday and possibly locally approaching 130-150 mm by early Tuesday. Local flooding is expected.
