An upper ridge dominated W and E Europe while deep trough is pushed from Scandinavia into E Europe. Upper low over S Balkan peninsula weakens. A small upper low is pushed across W Alps and another one across E Iberia. Cold front associated with cyclone from Scandinavia is pushed into E Europe.

A MDT risk has been issued across part of N Atlantic across Faroe Islands and towards N Scotland with threat for severe to extremely severe non-convective winds, locally in excess of 130 km/h.

ENH/SLGT risks have been issued for surrounding areas of MDT risk across N Atlantic, SW Scandinavia and N North Sea with threat for severe winds, locally in excess of 100 km/h.

A SLGT risk has been issued for S Greece and S Aegean sea with threat for severe storms, capable of producing large hail, severe winds and heavy rainfall. Some waterpouts are possible on the N-W parts of SLGT risk area as well.

A SLGT risk has been issued for SE Spain where isolated severe storms are possible, capable of producing large hail, severe winds and heavy rainfall.

MRGL risks have been issued for SW Alps, Apennines, Slovakia and SE Poland where isolated severe storms are possible, mainly with threat for large hail, torrential rainfall and severe winds. Slow moving storms could lead in some flash floods.
