SYNOPSIS
A large upper ridge is weakening across west-central Europe, while a deep trough is traveling south across the far east Europe. A short-wave is moving across the Alps and northern Mediterranean.
DISCUSSION
A TSTM risk has been issued for parts of NW Balkan peninsula, NE and central Italy where some marginal thunderstorms are possible. Some stronger winds and small hail will be possible will the strongest cells due to very limited instability. Storms will diminish after dark.
