An upper low over western Mediterranean merges with the upper trough coming from the north, a well-defined cold front is pushed across Italy and Adriatic sea. A surface low moving from the Baleric islands towards Tyrrhenian sea. A new cyclogenesis takes place N of UK and moves south into North Sea.
A MDT risk has been issued for eastern half of Adriatic sea, NE Italy into western Balkans and parts of Puglia region and Ionian sea with threat for torrential excessive rain, severe winds and threat for large hail and tornadoes mostly over southern part of the risk area. Locally, very high rain amounts are expected.
A MDT risk has been issued for Tyrrhenian sea, Sardinia and surroundings with threat for excessive rain, severe winds and waterspouts.
A SLGT risk has been issued for areas surrounding the MDT risks with threat for severe winds, heavy excessive rain and some lower threat for hail and tornadoes / waterspouts.
A SLGT risk has been issued for parts of North Sea into N UK with threat for sever winds and some heavy rain threat.
