A well-defined cyclone is crossing the N UK today, bringing heavy rain and strong to severe winds towards Scotland lately. Expect further heavy rain spreading east, including some storms and severe wind threat. Area is included in the SLGT risk of DAY 1 Outlook for 07/11/2013
