Complex scenario across Europe on Saturday. An upper low moves rapidly from Tyrrhenian sea towards Greece, another deep upper low with intense SFC cyclone affects south British Isles. The southern flank of this trough / low affects the NE Iberia.

A SLGT risk has been issued for SW UK, S Ireland and further south over the sea with threat for severe winds, both convective and non-convective.

A SLGT risk has been issued for extreme NE Iberia, Pyrenees into extreme SW France with threat for heavy rain and strong to severe winds.

A SLGT risk has been issued for N Netherlands, N-CNTRL Germany with threat for heavy rain and marginally large hail.

A SLGT risk has been issued for southern Ionian sea into S Greece with threat for severe winds, heavy rain, large hail and some tornado / waterspout threat.

A SLGT risk has been issued for NE Turkey with threat for severe winds and large hail.

The other lightning areas will see diurnal driver storms with some threat for more organized (multi) cells enhancing threat for marginal hail and heavy rain locally, e.g. central Italy, SW Balkans and the central Alps.
