A large cluster of storms remains over Tuscany and is only slowly moving south. Stations reported 70-120 mm in the last 3 to 6 hours in some places along the leading edge. This MCS should continue trailing across Tuscany over MDT+ risk area on DAY 1 Outlook for 21/10/2013 today. Expect further torrential rain and flash floods threat.
