(17:30 UTC) – A major supercell thunderstorm has developed west of the city of Valencia, Spain. Satellite imagery shows a very large, well-developed supercell thunderstorm with a high overshooting top and distinct flanking line. The thunderstorm is tracking ENE. Expecting reports of severe weather from the region, including large hail, excessive precipitation, possibly downbursts.
