Severe explosive convection over Balearic islands has now further organised into a quasi-stationary MCS (Mesoscale Convective System) within the SLGT+ risk area of DAY 1 Outlook for 29/10/2013. This organised convection is capable of producing torrential rain, strong winds and large hail. The system is expected to gradually propagate towards south.
